Brandon M. Ventura brings a strong foundation in both public accounting and corporate finance, with experience in external audit, financial reporting and analysis, technical accounting, and internal controls. As a Certified Public Accountant, Brandon has built his career around understanding how businesses operate, from transactional details to executive-level decision-making. Today, he applies this experience to help businesses and individuals strengthen their financial foundations, improve reporting clarity, and make more informed strategic decisions.
Brandon began his career in public accounting with EisnerAmper, where he worked within the audit practice. He developed a deep understanding of the end-to-end accounting process, key financial statement components, and how operational activity translates into reported results. Through financial statement analysis, variance analysis, and risk-focused audit procedures, he gained insight into where businesses are most vulnerable and how breakdowns in processes, controls, or assumptions can materially impact financial outcomes.
He later transitioned into a corporate financial reporting role for a large accelerated filer public company, where he was responsible for external reporting, technical accounting, forecasting, and supporting management through complex accounting matters and close processes. In this role, Brandon worked closely with leadership and stakeholders, helping translate accounting complexity into clear financial insight to support strategic decision-making.
Brandon is active within the New Jersey Society of CPAs and has served on its Emerging Leaders Council for over two years. In 2025, he received the Society’s Ovation Award in the Emerging Leader category, which recognizes professionals with fewer than 10 years in the accounting profession who have demonstrated noteworthy professional achievement.
Brandon graduated from Rowan University with a major in Accounting and a minor in Law & Justice. He received his CPA license from the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy in August 2021.
